In one game, Semi-Acc, I commenced production of a Wonder with a schedule of 25 Turns. This was 5 Turns ago but it remains 25 Turns from completion and indeed when consulting the Build Queue it would have me believe that the same Wonder in the same City would now take 27 Turns if started from scratch.
Though I am at War Readiness I was at commencement and my maintainence percentage has remained fairly stable at 29% at start to 32% now. Whilst my military has grown my overall production has as well with an extra Mill and population growth. The City chosen was specific as it is the only one I possess to have a Factory and is well equipped with Mines and Forests.
The Production line has advanced so it is obvious that it is being credited but at a rate so small as to make no impact on the projected completion date. Indeed it seems only to be just coping with the increase in base production time. Nothing else has changed and the rest of my Cities are turning out their units and improvements on schedule.
What's wrong?
