I suggest to halt the game till after the 3/01/2000. Since already 2 are out of the game till then and probably others will follow around the new year. The AI screws you're settings bad time and you spent some time to recover from that.
What do you all think ?

Well, I had some problems with trains, because of a little tempest here. I will be able to play until tomorrow 29/12/99 22H00 GMT+1. So we could continue this turn.
