    Jon, guys, sorry, I've been ill for a few days, and was watching my email for alerts on the game. Nothing there. I'll forward the game turn as it stands to Jon as soon as I get home this evening. (About 7 hours from posting time of this message) - I'll post here when I've sent it, to be on the safe side.

        Hi Guys.
        At last we have action.
        Brian is disbanded, apart from his Transport which the AI refused to let me do but I'll just set it to AI next time round.
        TURN 0 SENT TO DON AT LONG LAST!!!!!
        Maybe we'll reach Turn 2 by Christmas?
        Sorry for all the hold up's.

            Turn 0 ==> Shavlor

            The Mighty Phoenicians have risen from the Ashes, after what seemed a thousand years.

            Hail to the ghost transport of the Americans.

                  I did a test run on putting an unsupported transport on autopilot and the AI did not like it one bit so until it dies a natural death the ghost ship of the Americans must remain human so just play and end the turn and in three turns it will be gone.

                  Demos the turn should be sent to Hex not Macchu as he was the original non-starter!

                      Turn 1 ==> Macchu Picchu

                      Strange thing has happened. My settlers look like settlers, yet the panel tells me that they are nobles. Also my ship is a siege engine, and so as it's in the middle of a load of water, it can't move. Hmmm

                          Right then kids, I'm afraid that I'm gonna have to love you and leave you for a week. Duty calls and all that.

                          Please attach an AI to me as of now until Saturday December 11th.

                          Sorry about the short notice.

                            Jon, check your email about the game...

                                I ran my turn Friday - here's what happened.

                                I had settlers who had not built any cities on the second turn. They should of had 25 movement points per unit - but they all had movement of 1. Happiness for my built cities was also much lower than anticipated.

                                See also Demos's post previous to mine regarding the problems he had on his turn.

                                The guess here is that somebody had CDs mod on his system and the coding for that overwrote the coding in the game.

                                I think this will cause problems down the line with each person having a different setup. Personally, I don't want to play a game for 10-15 turns and have the game crash, which is what I believe will happen here.

                                Jon is hopefully working on this issue.
