On line chat during game?

Is it possible to chat while playing an on-line game? If so, how?

IT IS OF COURSE !!!
just press the "'" key (single quote) whithin the game to open the chat box ...
You could have find this option in the option/keybord menu in the game or in the userkeymap.txt file which is in the following directory:
C:\Program Files\Activision\Civilization-Call To Power\ctp_program\ctp
Have a look, you'll probably find other interesting shortcuts.
