Game was full???

Hello all, sorry for funny question, but i hope you help me.
I can't start multiplayer game by LAN. When i create game, my fiend can see it but if it push Join Buttom CTP give message Game was full!!! But only one player there!!!It's me.
PS: we try playing by TCP/IP.

When setting up a game hit the rules button and in the new screen look to your upper left. There you will see a button that says dynamic join-off. Click it to say dynamic join on.

Your problem will be solved. :0)
