There is a way to alleviate the effects of that bug, when you know it is present in a game. Select a unit which cannot attack, and drag the destination cursor around the map. It will show red when placed over the real location of a unit which isn't yours. Tedious, but it's the only technique I've found which works.

I think David42One, or was it Mathemagician, someone anyway, reckons that if you save your turn after you open it, shut down the game, then reopen the turn, units are drawn in their correct positions. I haven't tried it yet myself.

Not sure if it has been mentioned but if you have 9 ships in a stack and any of those ships carry troops, you wont be able to unload the troops. Seems like it adds up troops + ships in one square before moving to the land tile.

If you have a spy loaded and unload it you instantly see 3 tiles away starting from the tile where the ship is and immidiately after in the location where the spy is unloaded. Thus the tile where the ship does count indeed as a movement but with zero penalty I guess.

            Yes

Ok you have changed to anarchy so you can move on to a different government. The same turn you change to x government, you get a new government as a gift from another player... You can immediately switch to that new gifted government in the same turn.

              Oh yes...
I can't be 100% sure if that is a bug but even ambiguous bugs should be posted here

I would say, that this would be "ok". A minor bug maybe.....

Yes in team play it can be very advantagious, your partner has commie you have theo, switch governments and send partner commie done deal. They can switch to it on the same turn.

Well bug I would say since you can not change two governments in the same turn in normal gaming. Minor true but non the less a bug. I think

Note that you can change to any government, as many times as you feel like, as long as you're in anarchy.

I've seen this bug in the past and so others have reported.

I recommend that you always hit the "No" button
It doesn't matter. I've been and hit the 'yes' button before and alerted the person so as if something happened, I'd know to replay the turn, but nothing ever does.

On the stray units problem, it happens to me most often with barbarian warriors... they once even captured a city of mine because I thought by the time my phalanx was built it would be safe.

Recently I had to go to war early because I attacked somebody that suddenly showed up three tiles away in the fog-o-war area.
I'm not conceited, conceit is a fault and I have no faults...

Civ and WoW are my crack... just one... more... turn...

I have seen this twice now:

Space fighters passing by enemy cities and or units will auto launch into space end of movement.

Anyone else, I have a turn in a game right now if anyone cares to see it in action.
