Is this a joke? Well, it's a bad one!
Pollution of Washington is still above enormous 100 pollution points. Overall American pollution is also rising.
    The same is with Greeks.
Didn't we all agreed, we'll reduce pollution for one third and there will be no cities polluting more than 50 points?
So much about agreements and trust.

The Mayans now appear to be the most polluting civ in the world! How can that be?
Some scientiest blame new Smart Materials, but who can tell for sure.
Anyway new cleaning program is already in full swing. We are expecting results very soon
The Americans find the statements of the Mayan's confusing

Let me explain something to you..... I'm the Dude. So that's what you call me. You know, that or, uh, His Dudeness, or uh, Duder, or El Duderino if you're not into the whole brevity thing. - The Big Lebowski(1998)

    • What is confusing to Americans? Was your pollution rising at that time or not? And our pollution is still lower than at start point, on the contrary as some others (Japanese).

                        • Something terrible has happened to Ain'tNoFunLand. There are pollution tiles everywhere. Several nations have severely increased their pollution in the last turn, for some reason.

Perhaps I am ill-informed, but I don't see how smart materials cause pollution. Can you explain?
