CivCTP gone bust! Can't do PBEM now!

Hi all! I can't seem to get any games loaded (PBEM or Local) without being kicked to desktop with to following:

CivCTP has caused an error in [ unknown ]

If problems persist please restart you computer

Any ideas please post here. Also, until this problem is sorted I cannot play turns in One City Challenge, Bulletproof or any other games I'm in.

Also, before some smartass says "Erm... just restart you computer like it says ", I tried that... lots of times

Have you tried reinstalling? Do you at least have the 1.2 patch?

I have re-installed, and it's fine with out 1.2 patch

Then perhaps you should download the patch again
It probably got corrupted somehow.
It happens sometimes
