encountering a small problem but this is my first time so im sure you guys know what it is. I got the saved game, now what folder should i place it in? and what should i load it from (multiplayer, single..) since i cant seem to get it to work from where im putting it.:)Comment

you should be able to open the turn by double clicking on the attachment alls i do is click on the message click on the attachment then click open all from my outlook express other than that i'm pretty much a computer dumbie. if that dont work try blackice he got me up and running online when my servers dat file went t#ts up

hmmm well i dl it and i double click on it but it doesnt want to work, i did notice that when i dl it, it cuts off half the name, dont know if cutting off the csg part could mess it up, mb try sending it with a short name?:)Comment

Protoss, copy turn on your desktop and double click it.
Game will start automatically (no loading no nothing necessary). It works for all of us, so should for you. It's of course mandatory to have version 1.2.

It should just work with the patch, if not try setting up an email game to yourself and launch it. Sometimes it takes that to get the game and windows to understand what to do with an .csg extention.
If you have chosen to associate the turn file with the civ.exe file you will have to reload the game then add the patch in order for it to work properly again.
Welcome to the game, always email me as a c.c. when sending your turn and always put the name of the game and turn number in the subject line.

hmmm mb i should have posted this in the first place, i just didnt think it mattered, i am on a mac, just me and my friend on a pc can play multiplayer ctp over the net, so i figured this would work to. Any suggestions on how to get this save to load or am i doomed
