Boy, reading through the past posts I'm not sure myself what Native America's level of particapation in the UN agreement is!
We are offering the Incas a peace treaty. Whatever happened to cause the conflict between our nations let's put behind us and start our relationship fresh from this point.

I am sorry the offer is not higher, but this is a big stretch as it is.
Have the cities been vacated? Do you have a prefferred order of cities for the handover?Comment

I agree to the Spanish offer. We have moved our troops from Granada, we will withdraw from a further city on receipt of the advance you mentioned. Full withdraw will take a few turns as I have a limited number of ships available and a lot of units to move.Comment
