      • The Spanish leader may describe the conflict as distant history but when the Incas liberated oppressed Spanish cities the decedents of captured Incas where still found to be working in slavery, poverty and oppression. That the UN should cite ethical grounds to defend such a nation is clearly a joke.

Nevertheless I have made my peace with Spain and plan no further offensive. The Spanish cities I have liberated are full of happy citizens glad to be part of the Inca nation. My only problem is controlling immigration from those cities which are still under Spanish control as the people reject poverty and oppression.

If I where willing to give back certain cities to the Spanish I would have to have certain proof that the Spanish had released all Incan slaves. Furthermore I would expect the cities of Chimbote and Paracas to be return to Incan rule along with an extensive package of financial and technological help as compensation for the great wrong inflicted upon the Incan nation.

Currently there is nothing on the negotiating table and I have grave doubts there ever will be. There is little doubt of the superior technology of those who would undo me. The bizarre belief that the Spanish leader has that the motivation of his so called allies is nothing more than self interest is born only of staggering naivety.

So the Incans are left with the choice between defeat and humiliation or defeat and pride, I am proud leader of a proud nation. There is no decision the for the Incans to make at this time. If you attack you may well defeat us, but we will deprive your mothers of their sons, your brides of their grooms and your children of their fathers.
The responsibility for this blood shed will be yours and yours alone.

We the Germans are glad to finally hear some words of wisdom from Incas mouth.

          Here is the deal:
Inca army will retreat from all occupying Spanish cities but Igualadara. All descendants form Inca's slaves will found their home there. Spain will pay reasonable compensation in gold or/and technology.
Spain leader will come out with serious propositions regarding compensation.
German government will pay compensation for cities Ancon and Cajamarquilla with two technologies.
Chimbote and Paracas? Hmm? Should be regulated with Native Americans. Negotiate.
          And last but not least.
German government will guarantee full territorial integrity to nations of Spain and Inca!! Against every possible intruder!

Inca leader, our intention is certainly not conquering and will do everything in our power to maintain peace. Why shouldn't our world be world of peace? Please answer ASAP, so we can stop preparing invasion and start settling peace.

Chimbote and Paracas are not within the Spanish power to return.

There are no slaves within the Spanish nation.

The Spanish are willing to consider payment for the return of all of its mainland cities in the form of gold and technology. Name your price Inkas, that our bean-counters may assess feasability...

                • The Spanish offer is being considered, however nothing can happen until my rightful cities are to be returned. I appreciate that this is not mealy a Spanish/Incan issue. No word yet from the Native Americans (or Indians?) , exactly how united is this so called UN?

                  Comment

                  • Only official UN force is German army. Native Americans (Indianer) are on their own. Incas should directly negotiate with Native Americans. Only if no diplomatic progress will be made UN council will closely examine situation.
However Incas should return cities to Spaniards immediately to deserve trust of UN council.

                          • It comes as surprise that the Native American action against the Incan was not UN sanctioned. We would then ask the UN to condemn this completely unwarranted attack against us.

We would also request that the UN send the Incans the military technology and the necessary backing to drive the Native Americans from Incan Cities. When this has been done we will begin negotiation concerning the Spanish.

                              • Given that the Incans are the aggressors in this conflict, and that they were the first to seize cities, the Spanish think it only fair that the Spanish begin withdrawal before any technology or gold are exchanged. Such a sign of good faith is required in this situation. There is no evidence to suggest that the Incans will not simply accept technology and gold and continue to occupy the Spanish Capitol, as well as many of the other jewels of the Spanish Crown. They Incans have indicated through the language of their diplomacy the desperate and savage mindset their leadership has had in the recent past.

The Incans have been trained in some excellent defense technology, and are willing to trade, but not until our Capitol is returned and there are signals that the rest of our cities will be returned.
