I say Zobo should be Milambers sub here......
I am going to propose a general "PBEM-rule" for this kind - not only because of Zobos try to escape his duties, but we have similar problems in Killers Revenge (Frazer) and regular problems with Hunter.
Something like: If a player have been away for xxxxx days/weeks/months without noticing the other players before he/she "disappear", the sub will automatic be promoted as a replacementplayer (if the sub agrees that is).First they ignore you. Then they laugh at you. Then they fight you. Then you win.

I will post the revised, 2nd edition of the PBEM rules.
Then you can propose this rule there for public review.
FYI PBEM rules 2.0 are ready since the previous week and has been already sent to a couple recepients for preview.
