Eco treaties were accepted by all nations America's former top polluting city, Seattle, completed a recycling center last turn. At least 4 four more recycling centers are in process. America will meet her obligations to the world.

Meanwhile we are witnessing as Americans has dramatically increased their pollution level. A demand to reduce it has been sent.

Another issue is shadowing our relationships - presence of an American sub right on our trade routes. Deploying of any American forces in the Southern Atlantics is not justified, as nothing would harm American interests in that region. We warn the American leaders that any attempt to harm our economy by destroying the trade routes will not gain any advantage to them. On the contrary, it will dramatically undermine their own economy, as we have sufficient forces to secretly destroy all the American overseas routes.

However, we are not looking for confrontation. To not jeopardize our relationships, we demand withdrawal of the American navy unit from its current position.

Inca's position with respect to the American sub is hypocritical considering:

• Their recent spying scandal;
• Their two destroyers and a submarine just north of San Juan;
• Their sub along the west coast of the US;
• Their continuous overflights.

We wish for peaceful relations with our southern neighbor. The submarine has moved out of Incan trade routes.

Another American recycling plant was completed this season and there are four more in production. American pollution should be going down not up. Sometimes the pollution graph like the power graph is a turn or two behind. If American pollution does not go down in the next turn or two additional steps will be taken.

As for our fleet, its mission is guard only; should not be considered as a threat. We cannot afford sudden appearance of large American naval armadas near our coasts, and we are trying to be aware of military concentration in and next to San Juan and other coastal cities in dangerous proximity to our own cities, taking into account relative easiness of conducting a landing attack from the sea.

The Americans demand to know why the hedgemonistic Mayans have a spy plane near Washington, DC. This area off the eastern coast is patrolled by interceptors. We would hate for their to be a collision

We believe that the Americans should concentrate their efforts on reducing the pollution level - the action they have been promising to take for a long while and that has never been undertaken - instead of threating. It is American pilots' responsibility to avoid a collision, as any tragic event or hostile action will certainly result in very severe consequences.

The spy plane will be patrolling the Atlantics for security reasons. We apologise for the plane's getting too much close to American shore due to a navigation mistake. The plane is going to be withdrawed.

The Mayans complain too much American pollution has stabilized and has gone down. Next season another recycling plant will come online.

The Americans will not be quiet when her national securitiy interests are at stake. We strongly recommend the Mayans discontinue their overflights of America with their spy planes

Although the Mayans claim the Americans have done nothing about pollution, perhaps they can explain why 3 out of the top 5 polluting cities are Mayan.

Thanks, I will check and crackdown, if necessary. But Americans still have the biggest overall pollution level.
