The Challenge Zone
I would like to share some thoughts about the rules for the new Challenge System.
I assume that all Civilizations at Apolyton have already discovered “The Age of Reason”, so any comments could only improved the way we play together.
We obviously need more opinions to make the things smooth and fun for all the players.
First we shell need a moderator for every game, what is normal and shouldn’t be a problem at Apolyton.
Perhaps sending every 5 Th turn to the moderator will be sufficient to control the game run.
I am not sure that we need 10 turns to decide do we really want to play particular game. I think if we don’t have standard map then the challenged person should have the right to decide what the settings of the game will be and play first, but then the moderator should be the man to start the game and send turn “0”, so that way we can eliminate eventual cheating in the “Luck factor” of the map.
Some particular settings for maps should be considered inappropriate in general and avoid as a wish from the challenged player. (it’s up to the people at Apolyton to decide that).
The Challenged person should have some time (as 1week) to accept or reject the challenge but if without good reason and for more then 1 month, he will loose the game and the Challenger wins automatically. (It will be the same procedure to apply for people who live Apolyton for long time, or are pretty much dead, what happens in the real live)>>If some body have lost his sword, or has it stolen that should be only his own problem.
There should be some restriction for the Challengers also, for example they shouldn’t be allowed to challenge one person for a period of (3 months??) from the last game they had a game with the same player.
Every player at Apolyton should be classified as a player from Internet, PBEM or Both leagues. So every Challenger could challenge only a player from his own class.
We need a register for those games too, and a good Ranking System.
I personally think the ranking system should be different from the existing PBEM Multiplayer system.
There are so many systems for different sports around the world, that we don’t have to “discover the wheel”, but only to adapt some suitable for CTP.
I believe there are many other people who will share their opinions about those issues, so feel free to comment anything.

The C-ZONE
I personally think that we need a thread for "CTP Cheats"
It's a shame but I am still not familiar with those related to PBEM.
It will be very useful for many people who are still new to the community.
We can have all common cheats explained clearly there.
Solver, do you think that it's a good idea?CYBORG> Combat Model,

I remember, we had a long thread last year about cheats and such things, that might be cheats or use of functions, not inteded from the beginning.
I suppose it could be found somewhere in the CTP-Multiplaying archive.First they ignore you. Then they laugh at you. Then they fight you. Then you win.

Malcolm Ex -- A good way to start is with Keygen's Recruitment Center. That is a good way to meet players. State your best defeat against the computer in solo competition (Chieftain, Warlord, Prince, King, Emperor, Deity). That is a good way for people to get a rough idea of the level of your play, and can then match up better with them. Good luck!
