CTP multiplayer Internet game

hello,
how to play a MP game by Internet? there is no answer from the
server (when i select Multiplayer - Internet).
how to find a valid CTP server on the Net?
and how to create a CTP server?

(basic questions, i know, but answers are not easy to find)

This generally means your server.dat file is corrupt, I'll try to put one here.

I don't know the answer here, but I suppose yes. Most other games I know of won't let you launch with 1 human.

there must be atleast 2 humans, or a human and AI with "dynamic join" on.

You can play online by adding AI's then setting dynamic join to on - then you can launch.... no other players needed
