I have never found a use for this wonder, nor do I remember seeing anything about it on this site. The first time I used it was in a single player, and every time I reclaimed my cities they would revolt and follow the AI. I was just wondering other people opinion.

If you've got happiness problems, a Mind Controller in the affected cities is a heck of a lot safer and just as effective as The Evil AI Entity.Comment

NOT !!!
Not because of it's own inherent problems, but because it can always be captured (you cannot put more than 9 units into a city, and everybody knows where you built it).
If you had maximized your sliders, your whole empire will go into revolt when that happens.
