Both, but still exists the problem to switch from PBEM into MP, how are you planing to fix it?

At this point Berxpert we will not worry about that. We would set a week aside lets say par up people randomly and let them go at it. They would report wins and then pair up and move on.

No time for either right now, but look forward to getting back into action at the end of Feb.

I have this strange feeling of 'deja vu', maybe I was dreaming.

How many people should have a tribe?

                A pair or more?

Perhaps 5-6 people pair tribe which would play in many games and collect points from victories would be a good idea.

I may be able to moderate any PBEM tribe games if needed

I would agree Keygen they would be fast games no waiting as your teammate would play your turn if you become awol.

Great! Jp jump in a team too, I hope other team members will moderate game they are not in too. I mean after all it should be an easy job. If the teammate is awol send their teammate the turn to play.

I think we should start forming a few tribes, and laying down some rules....

There are some team games already starting, so it would be good to organise it, and maybe get a League going.

I don't know what other people think, but I think Tribes should involve Experienced and Novice Players in the same teams, and be a minimum of 4 players in size.... I think scoring should maybe be a little more involved than a powergraph loss or victory - maybe points for every city captured, triple for a capital, points for annihiliating a Civ, and points for achieving certain Goals like capturing a Continent, and obviously points for a Victory.

Ok then lets us start forming teams and bringing in newbies. Minimum two to a team max four?

I don't know about two minimum.... I think that if that is the case then Keygen, or someone should set the teams, I think 4 is a much better number, as it allows for variety in a game, and more of a feeling of being a 'team' rather than just playing Partners.... If my wonderful new Webmaster for civleague is up to the task, then perhaps all tribes could have a Tribe page at civleague.com?

So how do we organise tribes? Names out of a hat ? Or what??

                            Hi Guys

If poss I would like to be included. I think that this sounds like an exciting development.

Also, I like the idea of arranged games for on-line matches. Would these be in teams or one on one?

I still keep up to date with developments when possible.

For the on-line thing we should collate all the details of participants first and check out times that they are available.

Saturday is best for me, 2pm GMT (8pm here). At this time I can usually stay on line for 6-7 hours.
