The Russians have landed!!! Under the expert leadership of the tactician and warrior Joe Stalin it is our intention to tame these wild lands and indeed some wild tribes (though one tribe in particular, who shall remain nameless).

We find ourselves on very poor land for farming and yet the land doth appear to have uses in other ways and it is our intention to exploit the land to produce many wonders for our glorious nation.

Unlike the French, we will not rest until we have achieved the one purpose for which we have been sent to this rat infested planet. Our gods will see to it that we will not fail in our mission to seek out and completely destroy the vile ..........??????????????.

My heart is heavy! The further we send our explorers into this land, the less hopefull I become. I fear that we are going to have real problems maintaining a plentiful food supply for our population on this bleak and barren landscape.
