Once upon a time this was a rated game.
Turn 99 was probably last rated turn. Since than many players have been changed.
Is there any interest to make this game rated again?

My Civ is in an absolutely disgraceful mess. Having only played 2 turns, I think I'd like at least another 40 until I were rated in it.
