      Topca,

Thank you for withdrawing your Phalanx from Panama City, our new city. Prior to your withdrawal there were 6 units. One of those was a settler, who established the city. Additionally, we have withdrawn 2 units and moved them north. I hope the steps we have taken go a long way to prove our peaceful intentions.

Have you given any thought on our request to establish an embassy in your civilization?

Cuaich, what's a Cuaich? Is that some kind of slur? If so, you will rue the day you mocked the mighty Genghis Khan!

Well my American friends, I don't know if you listen to a seaman's tales, but the way they tell it we have the fanciest cities in the world, with mine being the finest of the fine Perhaps there is a way we can exploit this advantage of ours...

We Americans are awed by you amazing civilization. We have previously expressed great interest in working together for a common cause. Please set forth your plan for our consideration.
