Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
System up and running again.
Thanks everybody for their patience.
Unfortunately I have lost many copies of turns, my attempts to make Keygen's PBEM Mod Lite work with Apolyton and my email
address books have been wiped out.
What confusing rules? We can do the 'usual' permamnent sub thing if you like J Bytheway? In that case, we wait for Solver for 24 hours, then I send you a note asking for you to play the turn instead if Solver has not. I thought my way just made things quicker that's all.
Your way does indeed make things easier, and I like it, but that's only if the moderator knows what's going on. Never mind, anyway - you're back now. Would you like a copy of the turn I just sent to Keygen?
I start university today, so I could be a little preoccupied for a while, or unable to make the internet connection work or some such. So, assume I'm incommunicado until further notice - do something sensible with my turns.
Fuzz - could you possibly send your turns on a plain-text e-mail. It's not a big deal but the blue background always surprises me and looks rather out of place... But never mind if it's too much trouble.
I think Outlook Express does that because it's the default background for my desktop. So as opposed to the text background being white it uses the default background colour. I'll change the background to white on your emails if it makes you feel better
Live EVERY day like it's the best day of your life, and it will be.

Never mind , and to you too. I guess the only difference really is a few extra bytes of starage space for the e-mail.
J Bytheway's turn 40 forwarded to AeroPrinz. Solver did not play again.
And good to see that within a few days of starting university you have your priorities right J Bytheway. I guess that means that you have to pay for your own phone calls now, so all that extra HTML in Fuzzy's messages makes it more expensive
I don't have any phone calls to make at all!
I use the Cambridge University (Yes, I am at Cambridge and I am a know-it-all) connection, which is approx 32MBps, IIRC. At the moment, since the university is nearly empty of students, I get about 1MBps. So now I'm Downloading three or four PBEM turns a second, it makes things much easier... On Sunday everyone who isn't studying maths will arrive and then it'll be much slower.
