Should we start PBEM tribes?

Two teams now established:

1: Raging Hoards (Gavruska & JAFO)
2: Eskimos (berXpert & quinns)

Cuaich, I do not have an email for you - I have messaged you in Apolyton, but please read and contact me at enquiries@iemediation.co.uk . Hoping that Cuaich will link with Darth Viper or JPWW, then if Fuzzball would partner the other party, that gives us four teams..... A good number, and not a bad start, but we are still actively lookinf for more teams! Please post if you are intersted.

Fuzzball Great.... then I suggest that we Get Darth to partner with his Father in a team..... He is by all accounts an amazing player..... That leaves Cuaich and jpww, neither of whom have responded yet..

Solver, PBEM will alway be the main method of play I feel, since of organisational problems for Online, However if the two can be seemlessly integrated (this is being worked on now) then the benefits of both worlds can be felt.

So a review on teams now:

1:Eskimos
2:Shining Path. (Be kind to us of lesser ability my aging friends)
3:Raging Hoards
4 arth and Dad?
5 Cuaich and jpww (to be confirmed..)


I feel it would be pretty pertinent for us all to register our teams in the Game League, what do you feel Blackice??

It appears as though noone else has any interest in seeing pbem and online play combined....My limited programming skills can't accomplish the task alone at the moment sorry. I guess Pbem and MP online games will remain isolated for some time yet. I don't think Blackice has made any more progress than I have either. Damn shame really. To combine features like this could allow for so much more versatility in gameplay. But there's very little interest sorry guys. And no technical assistance forthcoming either. So it's same ol' Ctp for now.

If it helps, I will offer to pay someone to make a patch/mod to integrate the two forms of play.

Lol you two are a hoot, bonk, whack lol, reminds me of a short flick I saw on fugly lol.

Ok there is still hope I have recruted a few friends, programing geeks I know, now remember "geek" is a good name now.

Personaly I think it is a very kool and important merger for the game. We have also emailed Dan and a few others to get some input there. Hopefully they will also see the merit behind it and offer some help or a patch, time will tell.

In the mean time yes Gav by all means sign up your tribes at GL and yes by all means Fuzzy, Gav, Darth, Quinns, Jpww, Cuaich, berxpert take, make some challenges. These teams could be the first to report wins lol. Let the diplomacy or lack of it begin. I see no reason why you can't have an ongoing online tribes game and a PBEM tribes game going at the same time?
We will see which one finishes first.

Hi Gav. I read your post in GL, it will get nipped at the bud for sure.

Let's not forget the mass majority are there and here to have fun.

In any crowd you have butt heads, it is not different there.

Most of the tribe members are kool peeps and I assure you one will not kill the fun.
