some time ago i read a howto about reducing the scienceproduction with manipulating a multiplier in the scenario.slc or scrpt.slc file.
but now this article seems disapeard.
can anybody help, how this is working?
the intention is to reduce science production in order to come to a more strategic, unit based game.
has anybody experience with this, is it worth trying it?
