        Well, the mod is ready. I was debugging it and testing it. Some few correction and a documentation and it will be send to King Thor to create the map. I guess it won't take him 2-3 hours so the most likely is to start today. The latest tomorrow. Thanks for your patience.

              I looked at the mod and noticed my Super Setler has the ability to walk on water, at least shallow water.

                      Yeah guys, I forgot to write that in the Readme file . The super settler can move into sallow water tiles. I did that as an extra ability of early settlers to move through shallow waters with small floats .

                      As soon as the trial turn ends I will send you the mod slightly modified to work "properly" in games with fixed starting locations as these games tend to give an extra super settler (4 totaly). As this game will have a custom map (King Thor will make it today) with fixed locations this must be done.

                      BTW, do you like the mod?

                          Got the turn. But when I open it, I get only one button with an variable error message. It works as the close button and I don't get to choose my gov and extra advance. I even tried starting a single player game and then loading the pbem turn. But, that doesn't work either.

                            Yes, I have played your turn and ...you're right .
                            This problem probably does not come from the mod itself but from someone's machine. Does anyone is using a localized version of CTP (e.g German) or any kind of mod? Have you installed the hack 1.21 (thought I don't think it is matter for this mod).
                            This problem I guess it's not a severe one. All the buttons are still there! It's just that the far right button has gotten a huge label forcing the button to get enlarged enough to cause the other buttons to get hide from the message's frame. If you click on the far left you will get an alert box. This is the info button . This problem occurs in many games quit offen when I get a message where a button might have a label like "Wonder Movies" while it should said "OK". You must have seen this problem, right? Well, this is a lot bigger than the others .
                            Anyway, I think I could fix this by forcing the faulty button (which is the "close" button fortunately) to appear in the left side of the message box. This should "fix" the problem by leting the other buttons be visible.

                            But you must tell me if you are using a localized version or any mod to avoid such a problem to the future!

                                Slamp uses a French version. I know this because I play after him in Monkey 1 and I always get French messages, very annoying.
