What should our attitude towards the Greeks be?
Very Aggressive > Declare War now!
Mildly Aggressive > Don't declare war but tresspass their territory, reject proposals they make.
Neutral > Ignore them as much as possible.
Mildly Peaceful > Don't tresspass, accept proposals they make (if reasonable).
Very Peaceful > Try to get as many treaties with them as possible, actively give gifts and make offers.
