This thread is so the Citizens on Atlantis may present a case before our Supreme Court. All cases may only be accepted by the Senior Justice, as per the Atlantian constitution. The Senior Justice must give each accepted case a docket number.

The amendment regarding polling rules by Judge Miggio: http://apolyton.net/forums/showthrea...threadid=77569 is unconstitutional.

It does not include the expiry date in the first post, as required by Article IV IV f of the Atlantian constitution.

(f) Amendment polls shall expire in five days and the citizen who started the poll must include the expiring day in its first post.

I hope the court deals with this matter in due time.
