Judicial Decision: Multiple Candadicy

It appears to me that the constitution forbids mutliple Candadicy in any election cycle.

Article V Secton 1-f Forbids candaidacy that might cause a citizen to be elected to more than one office simultaneiously.

It is forbidden unless a judge makes a temporary adjustment to the CON.

Such as say a judge is impeached and the election to replace him ends at 7:10pm Thursday, and the regular nominations (i.e. normal time) end at 7:05pm Thursday, the senior justice can allow someone to run for both judicial positions, and take them out if they win the election.

It's happened in the CtP2DG once...

i will agree, a citizen can only run for one position, unless we can make an exception like the one fozzy mentioned. but for the current elections that exception does not exist.
