What's the current health situation in FS? I'd be tempted to go ahead and get an aqueduct done before moving back to more units.
Or, should we go ahead and start a settler in FS and plan on building a galley in Lima, after the forge?Join a Democracy Game today!

Eh, most games I rarely bother building aqueducts. I bet we won't need one for a while. Unless we wanted to do Hanging Gardens in that city. We really need to work on our economy though. We definitely need more farms/cottages near Alpha. Do we have enough workers? Maybe FS could kick out a worker or two.
We really shouldn't be in the red at 50% science.Captain of Team Apolyton - ISDG 2012

No, we shouldn't.
But, this is the reality of having to focus 100% on military for the last 100 turns or so just to survive that dual team. We neglected getting enough workers and improvements out. I'm reluctant to whip workers out of AB, but could build some after the epic is done.
Zulu is the worker whip site, and it's going as fast as happiness will allow. (another in 2 turns)
As for settlers, I wouldn't start one in FS till it grows to 7 in 3, that leaves mil units till then, I'ld suggest cats.
Once Echo gets online, has a cottage or two and a granary, we can whip a library there, and quick enough get a couple scientists.
What we need to do is secure some more city sites.
The island possibly has 2 fishes, likely only one due to cultural pressure from Sarantium. Not a bad place to get a library and a couple scientists
A site in the north has a corn, which would make it a good cottage/scientist spot.
A site where that sarantium stack is in the south there would have both gems, possibly a wheat to it's south, free up Foxtrot from being a jumbled mess, allowing it to focus on production. I'm thinking it might be our next target. One who has a surplus of the unorthodox shall attain surpassing victories. - Sun Pin
