Just thinking out loud. What could their 3 day delay possibly mean?
The capitol is vulnerable, trying to defend everything?
Debating whether to attack our stack on the hill?
Some advocating an all out retreat? Whip cities, get some settlers on a boat, and flea?
I'm guessing the last as it is the style of at least 3 of their members I am aware of.
It is the second they actually SHOULD be doing.
