      For the scout: 9-6? resume exploration of the Horde's immediate area? We could also cut south 3

      I think the only other issue is that, if I recall worker mechanics correctly, the mine should be finished this turn. (It may only do so after the scout is moved or ordered to wait.) If so, Fort Sierra should start on an Axeman and switch the forest worker to the copper mine.

          How many turns to finishing the mine? And it's 5 turn axes after that?

          We may need to move out our existing spare axe towards City site 3 in order to get the settler there as quick as possible.

            6 turn axes. 5 turn once we get another hammer coming from somewhere (pretty much anywhere we put the 3rd pop when it grows again).
