So, is this Vox? I'm not sure, the border looks quite red but on reflection it seems somewhat pink inside.

Actually, this has got to be the Horde. Their borders are right where Sarantium said they would be.

Still begs the question... do we show up at their borders and show them the scout, or move around for now even though that means we won't be able to peak inside?

I would say not to take any risks with our only scout, not leave him out in the open, and move 7.
