World Map Thread

I thought a thread in which we post updated world maps from time to time would be useful for everyone.

I hope to get a global map, once possible to trade, placed on the public forum.

Why the public forum? Aren't teams going to be a little annoyed at us posting the known world for all to behold? Once this happens, anyone who doesn't want this knowledge posted will refuse to share their maps with us.

Then it won't happen.

I attempted it in another game, I hope to get it done in this one: Get all teams to agree to posting the map in a giant news item to get more folks interested in demogames.

As sections are added to the map, the resemblance to patchwork will increase. I intend to create new maps from scratch every so often to remedy this, just not every time I update.
