The scout.

It looks like 6 again takes us to a lake, though it also looks like we might get a peak to the NE of that hill over lake & flatlands. There might be a way around to the south, but 7-7 to the jungle and around to the north of Sarantium might be our best bet for scouting out Sarantium's area before they settle more of it.

We almost need to make a decision on the scout, but no opinions...

I'd support 7-7 myself. If this continent is slender east-west there's a chance that the water is not a lake but a real ocean, in which case the scout would have to head either south into the jungle or backtrack to the hill it's on now in order to go north. 7-7 is the only course where I feel sure the scout won't get bogged down. (And I would regard heading south into the jungle as a double hit, as not only is the scout slowed down, but Sarantium would be unlikely to settle in the middle of jungle anytime soon so there's no urgent need to scout it out before borders appear there.)

7-7 is fine, if your intent is to squeeze our Scout through the opening in the North and get pass SA territory to get to the Hordes or other teams.

6 would give a better view of the surrounding so that we won't "regret" not fully exploring the land. However, it means using up 2 moves.
