Well, snoopy will be getting a log. Or I will if it's not up by the time I get home.

Basically:

Waited 30 min to start.
"No Cheating" discussion.
Specifically discussed issue of purposely teleporting troops, bickered over specific wording.
In essence, open borders for the express purpose of teleporting troops through territory is bad. Teleporting as a side result of normal diplomacy is allowed.

No reloading, shouldn't need to be said, but also can't be enforced if people REALLY wanted to.

Strictness of time limits, GS strongly favors no enforcement.

Trading of Great Persons. GS wants it removed. I get the sense the other teams are not against it. I dodged a very specific question on the subject with a very general answer.

Various war issues to be brought up:
No declaring war on an 'ally' to attack crappy units for experience
Should an ally be allowed to sack one of your cities so you can move it?
And, are fake wars allowed?

Allot of filler, nothing else is jumping out at me atm.
