Unit names.

Okay - this time in the private forum...........

I would like to name all of our military units and our workers.

It makes it much easier when discussing unit movements etc.

Any suggestions/requests would be gratefully accepted.

Also do we want to rename our "3rd City" to something Banana-ish?

Hmmm. names. Shall we have a theme for each type of unit? Like birds for archers, metals for axes, horsies get a storm name? Platy said this team was about fun - we should name some unit type after comedians. Just ideas.

Yes the cities should be banana-ish.

I'll think up a list.

Again this is just a list I have used in the past. I'd be happy to work on new lists. I do like the idea of each unit type having a theme like workers are women dear to our hearts like Ana Beatriz Barros.

We could name leaders or generals after the great Bananasplits - Fleegle, a beagle; Bingo, a gorilla; Drooper, a lion, and Snorky (called "Snork" in the theme song lyrics), an elephant.

If the purpose of the team is to have fun imagine how funny it would be to have an army full of fruit. Imagine how demoralizing it would be to other teams to be defeated by the likes of Loganberry, Peaches, and Honeysuckle.

Once we actually get a military, one division could have citrus names, another berries, and so on.
