The river would make a natural border, but I would only accept if we are allowed to continure to explore. This border would only apply to city placement right?

Have sent a reply for more clarification on the city placement and exploration

for the new people gaming for the first time

the line usually means the city cultural boundry cant go past

I say stuff it, it's way too early to be agreeing to borders. While it could be as limiting to them as it is to us due to lack of exploration- I just don't think it's worth the risk.

I am not sure of the real meaning of a border

agreement. Just the place of the city square?

If so, one further space to west looked good (to get the

cows, too).

But, as I see it, this is connected with our decision about

next sites. Something decided about? Or some decision

to be taken now?

fed143- borders should not be crossed, once agreed upon

no decissions made yet, just talks amongst us

to me talks help figure out how a team thinks/acts
helps with predictions on further talks

But the point I'm unsure about is this:

Supose we build a city very close the frontier. Some of

the tiles in the other side shall be in our cultural territory

or even radius.

I say decline, but be friendly. These might be the only resources for miles. Why should we give it up now? We could agree to no battles over the territory & first one to settle gets it. No hard feelings. We are neighbors I just don't see any reason to give up land yet.

I guess my stance is to respect the borders that the game draws.
