I vote for size 2. Switch immediatly unless we are very close to finishing whatever it is we are building at the time.

i usually wait for size 3 when there are some bonus tiles around but since we only got cows i would vote for size 2. grabbing strategic resources fast should be our top priority after getting oracle.

I think must explain a little my previous post.

Usually, I delay settler, as it is a risky move (no worker and almost no defense).

But here we are with a poor start,so...we risk little.

This was my reasoning as well. The goods we have to exploit are average at best, defense shouldn't be a problem unless we have a close and hostile neighbor. Early city is a great way to jump start a slow economy.

I say wait until size 2. Normally, I'm pretty conservative, but dang, we've really got a mediocre start.
