I'm not sure if I understood.If the question is about trading mini maps when trading of maps is allowed by the rules,then yes;if it is when said trading of maps is not allowed(no contact or no paper)then no.
(So,I didn't click on the "YES" "No". -
After posting here,I read your post in the other thread and realized what is in(blacking out).Sure,I agree.
