    Todo:
    - continue moving missionary, archer and settler east towards new city spot (missionary should move unto the hill SE, so that it can spot for any danger)
    - set the other free missionary to move towards Hun
    - continue moving 1 southern chuck (the most northern one) and the ax near Mhasa towards Hun
    - stop 3 southern chucks and stack them so that the damaged two can heal using the heal ability of third
    - move the chuck near Tassagrad in our cultural borders, let the other chuck in the north fortify on the forested tundra hill it's on
    - continue moving 2nd worker towards marble site
    - set Beijing to more production-geared output (details to be clarified)
    - set Beijing to Temple (to be discussed)
    - set DongJing to work 2nd silk plantation
    - pick two workers at Hong Kong up as scientists (the city is at top happiness and best tile to work is 2-0-3)
    - move the work boat E-W (explore the little corner of coast)
    - set research to 100%
    - I guess some other workers will need orders but not sure which ones atm

    Issues:
    - what to build next in Mhasa - it's pretty much out of stuff to do, could be an extra settler or worker or barracks
    - what do we do with our new maceman?
    - decide on Beijing worker allocation - depends on how much we want to emphasize production, optimal would be to have growth in 5-6 turns (current 3 turns), my thinking 1-3-0 mine + engineer would be cool, the 0-4-0 doesn't sound that good, but is ok too, since we get +100% for normal buildings, +150% for wonders and +250% for wonders if resource present; we also have the windmill tile with 1-2-1, which is comparable to 0-4-0.
    - decide on Beijing builds - Temple->Aqueduct(whip)->National Epic lineup was proposed, allowing us to expand city by one more citizen (to 10), pick up a priest and still do all the pre-planned stuff in time.

    In general:
    - 3 turns until new GP, 37% scientist, 30% merchant 17% engineer, 16% prophet (IIRC)
    - Theology should be due in 4 turns

Damn! I forgot - we were about to build caravel in Beijing, which should've started this turn. Let's set Beijing to high production and start it next turn instead of temple. We can have caravel in 3 turns.

Well I didn't mention it in the todo either.

Theirs been some though on building Versias in Mhasa as its our most productive city in the east and is at a good location central to the eastern landmass ware much of out growth will take place.

If we have completed DR in around a 15 turn time span and spend the intervening time in preparing Mhasa we would have no problem getting the wonder built long before anyone else is close. We could skip Courthouse in Mhasa for one thing as the benefit will be so greatly reduced without distance maintenance. Increasing the food and hammer production to the max before construction begins through improvements would be the best preparation so I think bringing more workers into the area is wise. Working food right up to the point we begin Versias and adding windmills and mines ware we can would be good as well.

Ok, then just a question where do we put FP ?

          On courthouses:
Cities that have courthouses: Mhasa, DongJing
Cities that are building: HongKong, Xian, Tassagrad

So, we're one city short to build FP (needs 6 chs), which could be Beijing as it's now at the top pop and can work more hammers instead of food. We can't, however manage to do caravel, aqueduct, national epic and hg before we have DR and can build Versailles in Mhasa.

Mhasa has 3 workers nearby, one just finished farm for it, 2 are working near DongJing, but likely to be moved to the new eastern port city.
Mhasa is also out of things to build, so what about doing another worker there (it will stop growth, but at least it is busy for some 5 turns and does something useful).
After that we can spread christianity to there and make it a missionary pump until DR arrives.

Turn's in and we have a little problem - barb ax near DongJing.

            What we can do:
            - rush archer in Mhasa and move in
            - recall archer from East
            - recall ax from Mhasa (likely to arrive after battle)
            - promote archer in DongJing to City Defense I

            I say we do 1, 2 and 4 and we're safe.

I can not comment on point 1 and 3, because I can not see them in the screenshot, but 2 and 4 certainly seem feasible.

What will we do with our settler + missionary if we retreat the archer ? Let them move on to settle, or let them wait for an other escort ?

The missionary has moved unto a hill and sees no danger, so settler should have no problem to move ahead.

Mhasa is 2 tiles south of that worker in the bottom of screenshot. It can do an archer in a single turn.

We could also build an ax in DongJing or tassagrad in case that bugger just refuses to attack DongJing.

But as you say the ax from Mhasa won't arrive in time, while a new archer would; The ax is probably not garrisoned in Mhasa but somewhere in the open ?

The ax is in the open, yes. DongJing could rush an ax/chuck of it's own in 3 turns.

proposal for cover in the north :

                            It needs 3 units.
It leaves one spot not covered : the northern hill.
It takes in account the culture expansion in Shanghai at the end of next turn.

I aslo checked out whipping at 0 hammers for the archer in Mhasa : we get no penalties for doing that, so I think whipping an extra archer in Mhasa is definately a good thing to do.

                              Ok, I finished it up

                              - set another chuck in DongJing, just will help us now and later expansion, if it turns out to be unnecessary we can delay it's production for 10 turns while building Library and then finish it.
                              - whipped an archer in Mhasa
                              - moved the archer from east back west, let's hope settler can do with missionary spotting for it
                              - moved ax ahead towards Hun
                              - moved chuck near Tassagrad ahead to complete PJays' plan - needs 2 chucks and 1 archer (in the southern spot), which is one of those extra archers near DongJing now
                              - set Beijing to improved production
                              - set Tassagrad to produce explorer for our caravel
                              - picked up a scientist in Hong Kong to slow growth a bit and add a little to research

                              Expectations:
                              - GP at the end of next turn (GP: 16%, GS: 37%, GM: 29%, GE: 17%)
                              - Theology in 3 turns (2 research, 1 stockpile)
                              - First caravel in 4 turns
                              - Marble hooked up in 5 turns
