And more information :

=> we have happiness and health for atleast 3 extra people in each city.
=> food surplus for the cities is : Being +6 (4 pop), Hong Kong +5 (1 pop), The Mash +3 (1 pop). Our other 2 cities (Xian and Tassagrad) are stalled at 3 pop.
=> Being is our research/culture/GP city. Tassagrad and Xian give us a lot of hammers. Hong Kong and The Mash don't give us very much right now.
About the things they are producing:
=> Being : Great Library just started (10/350). Will be finished by whipping as soon as possible (currently whipping needs 12 pop, which is obviously impossible)
=> Tassagrad : Yangish Missionary will be ready at the end of next turn. Will be used to spread Yangism to the former Banana city The Mash.
=> Xian : Settler just started (20/100). Will be finished in 6 turns from now.
=> Hong Kong : Still on Granary, I thought we would change to work boat. In any case, the work boat (30) will be instantly built when the chop (+36) will be done in 4 turns.
=> The Mash : just out of riots. Doing nothing for the moment.
So, things to do/decide :
-> What do we build in Tassagrad after the missionary ? Perhaps an other Missionary to spread Yangism to the city which will be built by the settler from Xian ?
-> Where exactly will we build a new city with the Xian settler ? Last discussion in the Strategic Planning thread favoured a new coastal city east of Being, between silk and rice.
-> Switch Hong Kong to work boat sometime in the next 3 turns.
-> The Mash will build a granary and forge first. We have one worker in the area who can help with chopping in 8 turns (finish road : 2 turns, move to forest : 2 turns, chop : 4 turns). Growing to pop 2 will take 7 turns, then we can use whipping to speed up too.
Foreign Intelligence :
Mercs grew a pop in their capital : 4+4+4+3 and got a lot of points due to border expansions.
Horde whipped 2 pop in their capital : 2+3
