      Impaler's point was it doesn't matter as long as we dont have a total output of hammers 4+, because it gives 25%.

      This point, however is invalid, when talking about rushing - with 25% you can rush 2 bundles for one citizen, without the bonus you cannot.

        Ok, I sent it on, we get GL next turn (hopefully), then we have 3 turns for Beijing at 2h production (for maximum growth + commerce) needing to be filled in.
        I'd say start on a building we want there in future - monastery, by the time it's finished, should give us some +4b/turn.

              I could have posted a turn i did on time(same day as recieving). But no one was on so i left it be since no one had any input that way

              Shall i just play it next time? (even though we seem to be the most active )

                Well, you need at least 3 ppl to talk with in Skype about it, so that you can say you got the turnchat majority

                A few turns ago you could just do away with the actions and send it, next turn, however we're gonna attack a city for the first time so I expect a bunch of things will need to be discussed.

                  foreign intelligence :

                  AC : land ownership : 37-> 45 tiles, whipped 1 pop in capital, founded 1 new coastal city (6 land tiles) : 5+3+3 => 4+3+3+1

                  GS : grew one pop in one of their 3-pop cities, probably a whipping grow back from last turn: 5+3+3 => 5+4+3

                  Sarantium : grew one pop in their capital : 6+3+1 => 7+3+1

                  Banana : land ownership : 55 => 63 tiles, whipped one pop in each of their cities : 3+3+3 => 2+2+2
                  no sig
