+2 if we mine one of the hills after the flood plains.

I favour C - scout - that one can also temporarily garrison a city while a warrior is being built.

I would first be willing to risk A but if not then C.

We'll have to compare mining a hill with chopping a forest.

          From PJ:

          Hello,

I was about to post this in our private forum, but Apolyton is down currently, so I emailed it to you (Maniac and Snoopy).

I the next few days, I'll only be able to play the turn on monday.in the afternoon. Safan is visitin Rock Werchter this weekend, so he can't play the turn before monday either. If the turn arrives today or tomorow, we will need a third turnplayer to do the turn. If it comes on monday, I can do it. If it comes tuesday or wednesday, Safan can do it.

Ofcourse, I don't know how long apolyton will have problems... It's a rather unconvenient downtime though, because we were in the midst of a discussion on the issue of when to start building a settler. So, maybe we can have a deadline-extension due to the apolyton problems and 2 turnplayers that are unavailable ?

Seems like someone else will have to play the turn. I'm not sure I can though. For some reason my internet connection is horribly slow at the moment. I was lucky to be able to post this message here.

But anyway, if I count correctly, it's two votes for option A, one for B and tree for C?

I still haven't come around to set the mod up correctly(i don't know why it doesn't work, other mods work for me) so i can't open the file.

            I think you counted correctly

              teh turn

              moved the scout
as according to C, set another scout to production
started another cottage on the second flood plain
after the turn ended, the city grew and added the third worker to a forest. needs to be changed next turn!

short time at home now... I'll leave again in 10 minutes

Thanks for playing the turn Maniac.

                    Nice grain/wheat/whatever it's called resource.
The forest South-East looks good to move to with the scout. An other candidate might be the invible tile to the east if it is a hill (can't see it now).

The worker in the city will probably need to be switched to the other forest (yielding 2 food + 1 hammer). Some juggling might be necessary to finish both on the same turn.

No response from bananas about their capital location yet?

I don't have time now to open the turn and compare the scores to update the foreign intelligence. I'll do it later (probably wednesday).

I'd try to get the second city out ASAP. Build the other scout later, followed by a worker or second settler, and build warriors out of the second city...

Where should the scout go next?

first move SE and if their is a hill becomes visible NE of that spot go their, otherwise just no North to the Hill we can currently see (this is more efficient/safer/better then just going strait E from current location)

foreign intelligence for the turn Maniac played:

The Horde has 20 tiles around their capital (they had 8 before border expansion), so they don't have ocean access either. We are the only ones

                              We grew a pop point.
