        Yes, but intimidation none the less. In two moves they can be in attack formation and we will not currently be able to prevent them taking Monsoon. Blake was talking about this being a demilitarised zone; AC obviously doesn't share that view. (Mind you, we did put a city there too.)

        Overall, almost as menacing the scout of Vox that triggered war several millenia ago
