How should we develop The Voice? It looks like it could be a reasonable prduction city. That means farms and mines, save most forests atm.

And what about Carnero Tempestas? I would probably bring one line of irragation to the city (so that the rice and isthmus can potentially be irrigated, plus it helps with regrowth after whip production). Cottages on the rest of the grassland? Chop some forests for early production, or save them for later?

I'd say chop every forest around the Voice save two for workers. We really need the workers atm.

Voice: Until it gets significantly bigger, we can get pretty good production out of the iron, cows and hills. We won't really need the forest tiles until size 8-9, at the earliest (counting the farms that will need to be worked). I'm with Krill on chopping most, but not all, now.

Carnero: Definitely bring irrigation up, since there's only one farm needed outside a BFC (I'd recommend farming 989, around to the north of the cows, because it preserves a forest). I'm good with cottaging the flatlands, since the resources and hill should give us a serviceable level of production. If we can get the marble quarried and enough food to work it and the elephants, I don't know that we have to be too anxious to chop, unless it can contribute quickly to the worker pool. I'd be inclined to save those forests until we either need the hammers or need more flatland to work, at which point I'd want to cottage them.

We can get by with 2 sci in Wines this turn, and have a mine to work.

So what's the plan with pacifism/caste system? Are we running it until the Great Scientist is born, and then reverting to slavery, or do we want to farm andother GS?

Another option is to build 2 temples in Taz and so that the second GP is a Great Prophet (for a shrine).
