SB can be on Vox border the same time as the first skirmisher, and the first skirmisher is going to have to handle the Vox warrior. SB may be helpful with that as well (if Vox camp on a hill we will want a second attacker in case they get lucky defending vs the skirmisher).

Pulling SB back. Moving Grog onto the gold hill. I agree with the majority, we have to take the percentage shot (assuming Vox want to give us experience at 25% odds).

Playing PBEMs, it seems like builds are complete at the end of turns. We are 1 from a unit, we hit end turn, the unit is complete.

Then why did we not see the 'new' Vox warrior in the Voice during our last turn?

Just tested.

Indeed, that warrior did not come form being completed in the Voice.

Um.... are you sure they didn't move their warrior out, leaving Voice "empty" and having the warrior complete and thus have Voice re-garrisoned when we see it? It definitely explains the fortified thing.
