Having thought about it a bit, it might be better to move Grog 6.

I put 3 since getting on the hill 63 of him will reveal all the tiles that are visible from 6, but I failed to account for 6 being able to see hills and mountains 3 tiles away from the hill.

Move 6 if we want to scout as widely as possible.
