I concur that NYE was harsh in his treatment of Don, but it's not a big deal, what Don was suggesting was sniveling but a cold condemnation would have sufficed. But hey it's human to get angry about that sort of cowardice.

Okay, here's what I think.

First, we should contact AC and suggest a "No Hostile Influence" pact:
We refuse to accept any Banana Refugees, AC refuses to accept any Vox refugees.
I think this is what both teams would do anyway, out of courtesy and honor, but I can't see the harm in formalizing it.

Secondly, we should tell Vox to STFU and die (or more politely, "Die quietly!"). Are more words really needed?
Do we want to offer them the oppurtunity to join GS? If we do, I think we definitely want to include the disclaimer that respect is a bit too much to ask for. We've been ridiculing Vox all game long. If they can deal with that, they can join. But I trust they'd have to each individually pass the white ball/black ball thing.

Thirdly, what do we want to rename The Voice to? The Flatulence? j/k
But wow way to tempt us I mean if someone can think of a really nice ironic and cruel thing to rename The Voice to would we be able to resist? Hee-hummm....

Re-read this morning...and I still just don't find this as threatening as you do. He is certainly desperate in looking for something to help his case, and brings up a true point about the human condition. Yes, it was a mistake, and he/they made others, but I guess I just don't feel the anger you do, but rather pity.

Sorry if I offended you - it just reads to me like a person giving terse, short answers because they don't really want to talk or have a bone to pick.

By the way everyone, this reminds me why I really shouldn't be a diplomat - I'm too much of a "nice guy". Thank goodness Cort Haus is helping out.

Maybe the easiest way to sidestep any lingering resentment would be to leave the name, or to change it to something honorific - like Memorial City, or Don's Last Stand.

Wow. That was some battle. When you guys take the Voice your gunna have to spend at least a 100 years cleaning up all that blood.

I don't have very many details about the first round of the fight, but we fight on.

The reason for this PM is I am asking to become a GS member as a refugee once Vox is defeated. It will have a large impact on any story that I write (if I write at all... I am finding it difficult to gather motivation to do so).

Anyway, kick the idea around. Take your time. Vox will be around for at least half a dozen turns yet I think. That could make it a month from now.

one Voxian refugee is an extra member. I think we can use them... and for me no problem with Don, as long as we white ball / black ball all refugees like we have done for everyone.
