Most of us will know something of Krill. Some will be curious at and shading towards concerned by his sudden absense, especially given his activity and responsibility in the C3C ISDG.
I was concerned enough after many days had gone by that I telephoned him and left a message. I was delighted to receive an email in response.
He asks that this not be posted or reposted anywhere other than the GS private forum. Suffice to say for others that he is well and is busy with a very important time in his RL.

Hi fellas.
I'm sorry for going off unannounced, but I recently got some exam grades back, and while most of them are par for the course, one of them has fallen a little too low for comfort. I have had to concentrate a lot more on my studies since I left, to get the grades requried so that I can go to my university of choice.
Poly was sucking up an awful lot of my time, as Consul for Poly in the C3C ISDG, and there were one or two other things that I was involved in, like the C4DG that were going to start sucking up even more time.
I knew that if I just stepped down from the positions of responsibility I would still just lurk around the forums, still wasting time, spamming...to stop the slide down that particular slippery slope, I have had to go cold turkey completely. I don't know when I will be back, (you could ask Ming to change my title to "Absent without Leave"), but one day...
