Created a new email account at Gmail,

gatheringspam@gmail.com

and we can use that as a general deposit of saves and diplomacy, and give access to the entire team...

Ok, time to display my staggering ignorance:

1) What is gmail?
2) How does this group access work, exactly?

Gmail = 2.7 gig of storage. Normal email account, but anything that is deleted is kept in archive indefinately. Posting the password in the private forum give everyone access, as they would be able to login to the account.

Everyone would have to understand, and pledge, that no one was to use it to send emails though.
