Default is Normal, unless epic+marathon win four votes combined, in which case Epic.

• Starting Era:
• Ancient
• Classical
• Medieval, Rennaissance, etc.
• Industrial
• Modern

The higher vote-getter between Ancient and Classical is default, unless a majority vote for (medieval+industrial+modern), in which case we'll have a revote amongst those options.

You folks want the game to start any time soon, or you want to keep having to revote? There have to be this many options, or you'd be complaining that you're not being offered options that you prefer.

Defaults, in EVERY case, are 'compromise' votes. IE, if half the people vote for quick and half for marathon, then normal is the obvious compromise...

In any event, no default matters here, as normal/ancient have each won at least 4 votes.
